Doing sport is very good way to have a healthy life,
everybody should practice sport daily because it can help you to feel good with
yourself but when you practice sport you can choose two kinds of sport:
individual sports and team sports.
First I´m going to talk about individual sports, this
kind of sport usually is played by people who is very competitive and always
wants to win. These sports help you to feel the best when you win but when you
lose maybe you can feel alone.
Team sports help you to make new friends and you have
a group of people that can comfort you in the case that you lose. With your
team you can make close friends because you spend much time with them, in
trains and matches but also it is usually to have arguments.
In my opinion, team sports are better than individual
sports because I think that you enjoy the most practicing sports with people
and making friends. If you have a confrontation with anybody your team can
defense you but if you are alone, nobody will defense you.
Finally, the most important thing is to practice sport
and it does not care what kind of sport.
